1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 REIDOC CRM Subscription
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers of REIDOC CRM. If you are not satisfied with our CRM solution within the first 30 days of your subscription, you are eligible for a full refund (minus taxes and fees).
1.2 REIDOC Agency Services
We do not provide refund for REIDOC Agency services.
2. Refund Process
2.1 REIDOC CRM Subscription
To request a refund for your REIDOC CRM subscription within the 30-day guarantee period, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
REIDOC CRM subscription fees after the initial 30-day money-back guarantee period.
Other services provided by REIDOC Agency beyond the initial agreement.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 REIDOC CRM Subscription
You can cancel your monthly or annual REIDOC CRM subscription at any time. However, cancellation does not automatically qualify you for a refund unless it falls within the 30-day money-back guarantee period.
4.2 REIDOC Agency Services
Cancellation of REIDOC Agency services is subject to the terms of your service agreement. Please refer to your agreement for specific details on cancellation and potential refunds.
If you wish to cancel your REIDOC CRM subscription (including subscriptions for services) at any time, you must submit a cancellation request to us via our support email address [email protected].
5. Subscription Terms and Automatic Payment
A REIDOC CRM user is responsible for paying all sums due to REIDOC Agency in connection with their monthly or yearly subscription in accordance with these Terms. Every calendar month or year, your account will be charged up to the subscription fee plus applicable tax for the following month’s subscription, together with any other fees for the following month’s subscription plus any accumulated charges for the past period (collectively, “Fees”). Failure by the REIDOC CRM user to use any of the services available through the service provided by REIDOC CRM does not relieve the REIDOC CRM user of their payment obligations under these Terms.
Potential users can pay by credit card. Payment details shall be collected by us through our secure financial data collection mechanism. You acknowledge and agree that we hold data relating to the transaction, including the last four digits and the expiration date of the card used to purchase the products or services together with details on when payment is due. You further acknowledge and agree that payments are due on a recurring basis in accordance with the payment terms for the specific service purchased (unless the subscription is cancelled in accordance with these Terms) and therefore authorize the automatic payment collection terms applicable to that specific service (e.g., on a monthly or yearly basis and for a specific amount).

6. Failed Monthly or Annual Payments
If you are delinquent on your payments, please be advised we will delete the account and any subsequent assets associated with the account after 14 days of delinquency.
7. Access to REIDOC CRM Ecosystem: including all Digital Assets, Funnel Builds, Automations, and Training Materials
With your membership to app.reidocagency.com, you’ll receive access to our exclusive REIDOC CRM-only Digital Assets, Training Materials, CRM Pipelines, and Funnel-related Data tracking tools. This access specifically includes, but is not limited to; Pre-Built Websites & Funnels designs, Pre-Built Email Follow Up Templates, and REIDOC CRM Automations at no extra cost. We retain the Trademark and Copyrights on REIDOC CRM Funnel Designs. All of these materials are only permitted for use within REIDOC CRM, exclusively for current REIDOC CRM members only.
This means that everything inside the REIDOC CRM Ecosystem (app.reidocagency.com) is non-transferable to any other REIDOC CRM ecosystem, or any other outside ecosystem or funnel builder. The use of REIDOC CRM training materials outside of REIDOC CRM membership or sharing of any kind without our consent is strictly prohibited.
If you decide to cancel your REIDOC CRM membership, you will lose access to any and all data inside the app.reidocagency.com ecosystem.
